[ Drop images/apply.png ]A 30 to 45-minute group video call. We walk through the role, you meet the team, we run drills, and you ask the questions you have. This is where we see who's actually got the attitude.
[ Drop images/group-call.png ]If we like what we see on the tryout, you go through structured training: written modules, video lessons, a short quiz, then a practice round with a manager playing the subscriber. We see if you can execute the playbook in real time.
[ Drop images/training.png ]If you pass the practice round, you spend a week chatting on real pages with managers right next to you. You watch experienced chatters, you ask questions, you chat yourself while we coach you in real time. Then you graduate to junior sales agent on your assigned pages.
