SExperience is highly valued. Experienced chatters (who are vetted and demonstrate their abilities) are onboarded and working on an OnlyFans page within a streamlined timeline. Inexperienced chatters are also welcome as we train new candidates from 0 to 100.

It's based on how you perform. New hires start on entry-level pages while they build their skills. Top performers get moved up in title and put on bigger pages. Bigger page means bigger paycheck.
Same shifts every week so you know when you're working. Evenings and weekends are the prime hours because that's when fans are most active. If you need a strict 9 to 5, this is not the right job for you.
It's 100% remote. We hire from anywhere. You just need a stable internet connection and you have to be able to work the evening and weekend hours.
