These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chat House recruiting website at apply.thechathouse.net and our related application process. By using our site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Compensation for chat sales roles is performance-based and depends on factors including but not limited to your skill, work ethic, hours worked, market conditions, and the assignments available. Past performance of other representatives is not a guarantee or projection of your future results. The average person who applies, trains, or works as a chat sales representative may earn less than the examples we share. You should perform your own due diligence before relying on any earnings information.

All content on our website (including text, logos, graphics, video, training materials, and the Chat House brand) is owned by Chat House Support LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly displayed content.

If you participate in our training, bootcamp, or any non-public part of our process, you agree to keep the materials, methods, scripts, and processes you encounter confidential. You will not disclose or share these materials with any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation continues even if you do not ultimately work with us.

8. Third-party services

Our application flow uses third-party services including Typeform, Calendly, GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Cloudflare, Vidalytics, Meta, and Zapier. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond our own configuration choices.

9. No employment guarantee

Nothing on our website, in our application process, or in any communication from us constitutes an offer of employment or a guarantee of work. Any working relationship that may arise will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Chat House Support LLC. Until such an agreement is signed, no employment, contractor, or partnership relationship exists.

Our website and recruiting process are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.
