These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chat House recruiting website at apply.thechathouse.net and our related application process. By using our site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
The website and recruiting process are operated by Chat House Support LLC ("Chat House", "we", "us", "our"), a U.S. company. Chat House recruits and trains remote chat sales representatives. For questions about these Terms, email colton@mischiefmedia.co.
2. Eligibility
To use this site or apply for a role, you must be at least 18 years old. By submitting an application, you represent that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You have the right to work in your country of residence or are willing to work as an independent contractor where applicable.
3. The application process
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, training position, or paid role. The application process typically includes:
- Online application via our Typeform.
- Scheduling and attending a group tryout call.
- Bootcamp / training (if invited).
- Audition or trial period.
- Hiring decision at our sole discretion.
We may reject any applicant at any stage for any lawful reason, including failure to meet our performance standards, no-shows, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your application.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with our site or submit applications.
- Attempt to access parts of the site not made available to the public.
- Interfere with the operation of our site or services.
- Use our site or recruiting process for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the application process at any time if we suspect a violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on our website (including text, logos, graphics, video, training materials, and the Chat House brand) is owned by Chat House Support LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly displayed content.
7. Confidentiality
If you participate in our training, bootcamp, or any non-public part of our process, you agree to keep the materials, methods, scripts, and processes you encounter confidential. You will not disclose or share these materials with any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation continues even if you do not ultimately work with us.
8. Third-party services
Our application flow uses third-party services including Typeform, Calendly, GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Cloudflare, Vidalytics, Meta, and Zapier. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond our own configuration choices.
9. No employment guarantee
Nothing on our website, in our application process, or in any communication from us constitutes an offer of employment or a guarantee of work. Any working relationship that may arise will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Chat House Support LLC. Until such an agreement is signed, no employment, contractor, or partnership relationship exists.
10. Disclaimers
Our website and recruiting process are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat House Support LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our site or recruiting process, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chat House Support LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chat House Support LLC regarding your use of our site and recruiting process, and supersede any prior agreements.
